Karli Woods
Director, Licensed & Certified Practicing Conveyancer
Growing up in the Wyndham area, Karli showed had an interest in law from an early age. At the age of 20 she was given the opportunity to join a prominent local law firm and through the guidance of her employer was given the opportunity to work in various areas of law. It was only when she joined the conveyancing team that she knew she had found the area of law that she truly felt passionate about.
After moving on and joining a prominent large law firm in Melbourne, she knew her true calling was to start her own conveyancing business. A one-eyed Collingwood supporter and a passion for R n B and hip hop music both old school and new, Karli is Mum to 3 children she adores, one puppy dog and 3 guinea pigs, as well as a self-confessed Star Wars nerd.
From humble beginnings working from home in Manor Lakes to opening her first office in Point Cook, 15 years later, Karli continues to strive to make Manorwood Conveyancing one of the most trusted conveyancing firms in the West.
Belinda Prout
Licensed Conveyancer
Belinda Prout is a qualified Conveyancer and holds a Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) and is fully licenced and Professional Indemnity Insured under the Conveyancers Act 2006. Belinda attributes her knowledge to 3 large Conveyancing firms in the northern and eastern suburbs of Melbourne and brings 10 years of experience to Manorwood Conveyancing.
Belinda has an extensive background in lending and customer service and has always been in roles that are driven by the customer experience and hence will provide a well-rounded approach to your matter. Belinda will always go above and beyond to ensure a WIN-WIN for her clients.
Erin Roper
Licensed Conveyancer
Erin joins us as part of the acquisition of Julie Morris Conveyancing. Erin has spent the last 10 years working in conveyancing in the Point Cook and surrounding area. Born and raised in the local area she has spent her working years in customer service roles, enjoys getting to know her clients and working to get the best results for their individual circumstances. to She has completed her Diploma in Financial Services (Conveyancing) and holds her Conveyancing Licence. Erin enjoys the sometimes-challenging role of a conveyancer and finds great satisfaction helping her clients with what is often one of the biggest transactions of their lives. She has recently had the opportunity to join the Manorwood Conveyancing team and is enjoying working with the incredibly talented team.
When not conveyancing Erin enjoys watching sport – most particularly AFL and the Collingwood Football Club, attending live music, holidaying, and spending time with her husband, son and two cats.
Elsie Chieng
Licensed Conveyancer
Elsie comes from Malaysia and received her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She later developed an interest in customer service while having her internship at Grand Hyatt Hotel. Elsie decided to make a career change and work in Manorwood as a receptionist since 2016. She was fortunate enough to be exposed to learning about the conveyancing process and be guided by the company. Else has now completed her studies and become a qualified licensed conveyancer. She loves when she can apply the knowledge she learned to help people solving their problems and ensuring their property settlement going smoothly. Elsie, also a nature lover, who likes going on road trips occasionally to spend time in the nature and appreciate different beauty of the views.
Maddi Morris
Conveyancing Assistant
Maddi is a new addition to our crew, having also joined us from Julie Morris Conveyancing where she has been part of the team for 5 years.
Working under her mother Julie Morris, Maddi is a bit of an all-rounder being exposed to many different office roles from reception, admin, client liaison, personal assistant to office managing and has a well-rounded knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Maddi is a friendly and caring member of our team and a recovering workaholic! She loves to give 100% to every task and ensure her clients and co-workers feel supported.
Maddi spends her free time hitting the slopes at Falls creek where she worked winter seasons for 4 years as a Lift operator zone leader. It was here she had the opportunity to mentor staff, climb lift towers to clear ice and shovel a whole lot of snow!
Maddi is also a passionate traveller who has ticked Southeast Asia off her list but is excited to tick many more off through the years. She loves to experience and learn about other cultures and explore new places. Being a dog lover when Maddi is not travelling you will find her at the park playing fetch for hours on end with her 5-month-old German shepherd Puppy.

Hi, I’m Claudia, the Front Desk Executive and Social Media Marketing Manager.
Born and raised in Wyndham, my passion for dancing and my family business “Dancemax Studios” lead me to meeting Karli and the amazing opportunity to work for Manorwood Conveyancing.
I am the first voice you hear and the first face you see at Manorwood as well as managing our social media content and marketing and general administrative duties. It is my role to keep our past, current and future clients up to date on the latest news on all things conveyancing and Manorwood.
Manorwood has given me amazing opportunities and growth in both a professional and personal level and I am always eager to learn and expand my knowledge.
Outside of work you will find me watch The Fresh Prince of Bel Air on repeat, teaching dancing or spending time with family and friends.
